Make sure to pop a small nail file or mini manicure kit in your on-the-go knitting bag.

I can't tell you how many times I have cracked a nail, which then keeps snagging my knitting!

I whip out my nail file and problem solved, no more snags on my knitting project.

A nail file has also come in handy when working with bamboo or wooden needles.

Occasionally, I'll come across a needle that catches on the yarn. A light file over the "snag" spot then knitting can commence!
