10 Best Poncho Knitting Patterns for Women
Ponchos are an accessory pieces that goes in and out of style. I’m happy to report they are still in style and make fabulous layering pieces for nearly year-round wear.
Not all ponchos are the same, however. Some silhouettes are in style while others are not. I’ve rounded up ten modern poncho knitting patterns that you’ll love to wear again and again. While the ponchos below are designed to fit women, you might also enjoy these girls poncho patterns to knit for your favorite little girl.
While I’ve pulled together ponchos for all skill levels, some ponchos are easier to knit than others and more suitable for beginners.
Some ponchos are made from simple rectangles while others are knitted in the round from the top down and shaped as you knit.
I’ve provided detailed descriptions for each below as well as which yarns are the best for each poncho.
