#3. Tabby Chic Cat Bed
The pattern for this shabby-chic bed came about when our family was recently adopted by a little orange stray tabby. It’s a simple pattern, but uses an interesting technique to ensure that the “right side” is on the inside bottom of the bed, but switches to the outside walls, while still remaining a seamless pattern.
Give it a try, and give your favorite kitty a cozy place to take his naps!

Make a kitty blanket to donated to a local animal shelter!
It’s a beginner friendly pattern and great for that left over scrap yarn!

#8. One Skein Pet Bed Free Crochet Pattern
This pattern works up very quickly, especially if you are only wishing to make the one layer pet bed; however, there are options with this pattern on how much (or little) yarn you want to use. The pattern, as it is written, should not use more than 1 skein of Red Heart Super Saver yarn. I suggest using a multi simply so it doesn’t show pet hair.
The bed itself (no sides) comes out to be approximately 11” in diameter.
This is a great pattern for small animals if you want to donate to a local shelter.
