It's knitted in the round on circular needles. It has the look of multidirectional ribbing, but really this is achieved with simple knit and purl stitches.
Approximate Measurements: 8 ½” wide x 40” circumference after blocking

Size US 10.5 circular 24" or 32" needle
4 stitch markers
Gauge: 12 sts, 20 rows to 4" in st st on US Size 10 ½ needle, after blocking
