Nancy, I am knitting this Shrug right now, I love how it looks, I have one question at the end of the shrug it says under ruching rows " repeat rows 1-20 one more time and rows 1-8 one more time". How come only one time,not twice? I had to do those rows twice when I started on the other side. Please advise, thank you
